It is developed in close cooperation with Bosön Institute of Sports and the Swedish Champions in Ice Hockey. It is designed in a way that the athlete will be able to perform the interval exercise in a most optimal way without external help and without loosing energy by complicated programs or too much pushing buttons. All energy can be focused on performing a better result in each interval. Since the meter shows an average of the output from a 10 second interval, the athlete will get an immediate feedback of the capacity. The Sprint Bike also works as a regular weight ergometer. Excellent choice for warm up/training and top athletes testing. The weight basket is delivered with a set of weights; eight 1 kg, one 0.5 kg and four 0,1 kg. The weight of the basket is 1 kg. The weight basket is a patented self-regulating braking system which don't need calibration. As long as the basket is in the air and the weights are correct even the brake force is correct. The mechanics of the weight basket has been improved which will increase the safety of the releasing moment.

A unique construction makes it possible for the cyclist to release and restore the basket during exercise. The basket can even be released by the mechanics in the front.
